Reservations & Policies
A deposit check of 50% of the total rental charge for the stay must be received to confirm a reservation. All remaining charges are due in full ten days before check-in.

All rates are subject to a 10% state and local tax. Rates are subject to change as needed.

Cancellations
We are a small family business and can't keep A Bear's Rest open without you! Deposits are refundable, less $50, if we are notified 30 days in advance of the reservation. If notified 14 days in advance, we will refund 50% of your deposit. However, with less than 14 days' notice of cancellation before your scheduled arrival, we will be unable to refund your deposit. For the same reason, we will not be able to refund payments for late arrivals or early check-outs.

Check-in is after 3:00 p.m.
Check-out is 11:00 a.m.
To keep A Bear's Rest safe and comfortable for other current guests, and future ones, as well, no smoking is allowed inside the home. Our wildlife is truly wild, indeed! Please do not leave any food or garbage outside overnight. Bed linens and towels are provided, and you are welcome to use the washer and dryer. No pets and no hunting allowed!
